The location of the 1939 Californian Bungalow is surprisingly peaceful and quiet. With 2 good size bedrooms both with queen beds, a spacious lounge with large flatscreen television, sunroom, modern kitchen and bathroom your decision to holiday here will not disappoint!The spaceThis is a beautiful attractive 1939 California Bungalow. The lounge is spacious with high ceilings throughout the home. The modern leather near new lounge with chase is comfortable to sit back and relax. There is a large flatscreen television with Netflix, Stan, BritBox and other subscribed channels to watch plus all the free to air stations. The lounge is heated by reverse cycle heat pump. WiFi is free and available once you check in.The dining room has a large timber extendable table with 4 timber chairs some beautiful antique furniture and is heated with a initiation burning log electric Dimplex heater. The kitchen might be small but has everything that you need with modern near new appliances having only been recently renovated.The main bedroom at the front is large with beautiful timber floors, new queen bed and antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has new queen bed and antique wardrobe. Both beds have electric blankets.The bathroom has been recently completely renovated and features a luxury rain shower, dual flush toilet and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash lotion are provided. There is also a new hairdryer provided.The laundry includes a 2nd toilet which you are free to use but please DO NOT USE THE SHOWER in the laundry. The washing machine is also near new and guests are welcome to use.The sunroom at the rear of the home is a real sun catcher on sunny days and is a great place to spit back and relax. Guests are more than welcome to read a book and take any book they haven’t finished except those market with “Victoria Cottage’The courtyard is private and a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and relax.Guest accessGuests will have the entire use of the property except the garage which we use for storage.Other things to noteTea and coffee are provided but not milk. Woolworths Supermarket is the closest place to shop for supplies and is located the next street over in King Edward Street and is just an easy 4-5 minute walk.
